Through my professional practice I am committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data that has or may have been collected from you, or that you provide to me, will be processed by me. Please read the following carefully to understand my views and practices regarding your personal data and how it will be treated. Information we may collect from you

I may collect and process the following data about you:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on my web site www.juliansamiloff.com (my site). This includes information provided at the time you used my e-mail system on my site and if you contact me, I may keep a record of that correspondence. This would include your contact numbers, e-mail address.

I do not ask my clients or web site users to complete surveys that may be used for research purposes. If in the future I choose to do so I will only do so once you have provided express consent either in writing or via e-mail or text. Of course, I acknowledge that you have the right to refuse such a request and or withhold such and to refuse to respond.

Details of your visits to my site limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

Where your personal data is stored

Though I do not intentionally transfer any data collected from you to a site outside of the EEA such data may be so transferred as part of a technical process related to the upkeep and maintenance of my web site. However, I here set out that data that is collected from you (if any) may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) though I have no intention to do so. I will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Once I have received your information, (if any) I will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent un-authorised access.

Uses made of the information

My general principle is that I do not use information held about you (if any) in any way whatsoever save that I may use it to contact you if the needs should arise.

To carry out my obligations arising from any contracts / requests entered into or made between you and myself.

I do not disclose information about any individuals to any other person or organisation unless done following express permission by the person in question or in pursuance of a legal obligation law and operation of law or in pursuance of safeguarding practices.
